Spot 1.9.8 Released on 21 December.

This release is a bug release, plus introduces a new feature. The new feature is the addition of a "pause" button on the spot display so when spots are arriving very rapidly (as in a contest) you can pause the updates to the display, allowing you to scroll backwards with ease. The bugs fixed were involving access to the Abroham Neal Software website from the Purchase menu as well as the About dialog box.
