Spot 1.9.6 Released on 15 November.
This release fixes two bugs: the first bug involved the formatting of frequencies of spots causing some programs using Spot's server function to not recognize the spot. The frequency sent to programs using Spot as a server no longer have formatted frequencies. Second bug was the inappropriate warning that an update was in progress via Spot's update mechanism. This initial check has been disabled and a newer version of the update mechanism will be implemented in the next release.

User information window with assistant drawer

Screen Details
You can now see that I have clicked on the Users tab on the main display to bring up the user information screen. This screen shows, in real time, all of the currently connected stations to the local DXCluster host. Depending on which DXCluster you connect to, this could be a very long list!
In this snapshot, you can see I have 13 users connected to my cluster. In the main window, there is the traditional type of display you would get if you did a SH/User command. On the right of the screen is a small display that shows when users connect or disconnect. It will show the time of the activity and whether they were disconnecting (there will be a minus sign before their callsign) or connecting.
You can also see I have clicked on the User button below the User Information display, so the assistant drawer window is shown. This window gives you access of some nice features. The button at top left (Connected Users) will show a window with all current information about connected users (its in another screenshot). The Show local button just enters a SH/User ccommand which will refresh the display (although it isn't really needed except for DXCluster types that do not support getting login information). The Clear Info button clears the main display. The Clear logins button clears the smaller display to the right.
Below these buttons is the Talk section of the assistant. Enter a callsign and type a message in the lower text field and click talk. A talk message will be sent to the desired station. IF he responds, that message will be placed in the text field beside the callsign. It makes the talk feature more like a chat.
